Kickstarting our new shoe-drobe with Pink Inc Shoes

So, we’ve come to a bitter-sweet conclusion about our shoe-drobes. With events seriously lacking and casual fashion skyrocketing, one can only conclude flats are the future. Well, for now, anyway.

We’re sad because we really miss blogger events. Like, a lot. We miss the glitz and glamour, the floating canapes, the brushing shoulders with celebs, and the front row buzz. We’re happy because, well, who doesn’t revel in comfortable clothing? Wearing flats more often and heels far less, we’re probably doing our bodies a huge favour. Goooodbye lower back pain!

In light of this, we’ve resolved to update our wardrobe with the addition of more casual shoes. And casual shoes, ONLY. When nightclubs and fabulous soirees happen again, we’ll get back on the heels bandwagon. But for now, it’s sandals and sneakers all the way. Maybe a cheeky low block heel if we’re feeling fancy.

To kickstart our casual cleanse, we’ve picked out some super trendy new flats from Pink Inc to style with. Mel chose the Berry Sandal in black, which offers sleek thin straps and glam studded detail. Working in the fashion industry means she has a pretty broad scope of outfits she can wear to work, so these chic sandals have become her everyday work shoe!

For this style diary, she has teamed her new shoes with an all-black ‘fit for a monochrome finish. Styling with a summery bardot top and some frayed denim shorts, the Pink Inc sandals tie up her look perfectly.

Kristen opted for a super cute pair of pink sneakers! The Savage Sneaker is a classic choice with the chic added detail of studded sides. Perfectly paired with summery dresses or jeans for casual daywear, these sneakers are as versatile as it gets. Kristen has paired them with a form-flattering denim mini dress here.

Which of these styles would you get more wear out of? Are you also leaning towards a more casual style of shoe these days, given current world circumstances? We’d love to hear about it โ€” tell us in the comments below. โœจ
