“Women in Adelaide like to dress up and look good” … and where do they go to do that? They travel to King William Road and visit Denim Iniquity, the home of past, present and future fashion. That’s what Adelaide Fashion Festival‘s Creative Director Chris Kontos says anyway, and when he says something fashion related it’s probably right.
Proudly stocking Australian labels such as Bassike, Camilla & Marc and even the locally founded Acler, Denim Iniquity also carry pieces from US and European labels like Anine Bing and Equipment.
The local boutique recently celebrated their 35th Birthday with an exclusive soiree in the Mercedes-Benz Unley showroom.
Hosted by the belle of Channel 10 Kate Freebairn who was dressed to the nines in a Ginger & Smart number, the event also featured a curated fashion installation of the hottest looks available now at Denim Iniquity.
Kate also hosted a short panel with Chris Kontos along with Denim Iniquity’s original founder Ros Ellery and daughter Louise Hewitson.
The pair retold many stories about their much loved clientele who have been loyal to the boutique and enjoy their personalised styling services. The Denim Iniquity community has continued to grow through the years by providing Adelaide women with classic wardrobe staples and the hottest seasonal pieces.
You can visit Denim Iniquity at 142 King William Road, Hyde Park.
