We had total house envy when we visited to Realm Adelaide showroom on North Terrace earlier this week.
Designed to be the tallest building in Adelaide, these luxury apartments have everything from hot tubs, walk-in-robes and access to a rooftop terrace.
The building is divided into two sections, with seperate lobbies for each. The Park Apartments fill the levels closest to the ground, with emphasis on loads of natural lighting in each room and access to a pool terrace and billiards room.
The Sky Residences offer panoramic views above where the rest of the CBD skyline finishes. This is where you can find the sub-penthouses and penthouses, as well as two-and-three-bedroom apartments. These aim to be the most exclusive residences in Adelaide, and are on a similar level of luxury to the houses you used to build on The Sims using the ‘motherload’ cheat code.
Personally, we’d love to live in one of the penthouses. Spanning over two floors, with temperature-controlled wine cellars and lush libraries, we’d feel a little like Queen B living all fancy on top of the world.
To top it all off, the building is covered in gold screens as a nod to the previous building’s heritage as a Assay House, the old gold press, so not only can you roll around in all your money in your VIP apartment, you’re literally living inside a shiny gold tower.
To experience the concept of Realm Adelaide for yourself, head along to their display room at 170 North Terrace, Adelaide.
