Sipping’ On Gin and Juice

It seems summer has finally reared its scorching head and with Fringe starting next week (!!!) we’ve received news that a Gin and Juice pop-up will be moving in down Rundle St.

Gin and Juice plans to be a bright, fun Fringe addition to the already-vibrant East End, serving four quality gins matched with juice, gin and bourbon iced tea and crafty beer selections on tap including a constant choice of sours. Just thinking about these icy drinks has us cooling down already.

For those who love outdoor dining on balmy summer evenings, food will be served from the talented chefs at NOLA who will be creating a food menu that doesn’t adhere strictly to the New Orleans cuisine, but rather focuses on using fresh, seasonal produce to create vibrant dishes. Think summery treats like gin and tonic oysters and blackened swordfish with mango salsa, dishes to compliment that gin and juice perfectly.

The bar will be running from midday Friday until Sunday every evening of the Fringe, with DJs and live music kicking the party on in the evenings until 2am. You’ll be able to find this little popup down the laneway at 293 Rundle St, Adelaide.
