Launching Michael Hill’s New Store in Style

Michael Hill is renowned for their fine jewellery, boasting the biggest bridal collection in South Australia.

Last night, we were lucky enough to attend the grand opening of the stunning store’s new location in Adelaide’s bustling Rundle Mall, featuring the launch of their luxurious Novel range of natural coloured diamonds.

Store manager Ben Cristarella spoke with pride before making way for Adelaide’s Lord Mayor to reveal three spectacular rings of green and pink hues, as well as the rare and highly sought after blue diamond.

“Jewellery is a representation of love, and we’re truly honoured and excited to present many exclusive pieces including these rare, precious one-off diamond rings at our newly located Rundle Mall store. The distinctiveness of natural coloured diamonds allows customers to choose a piece of jewellery that is absolutely unique, and be special to them – a real statement piece,” says Ben Cristarella.

The pieces were each handcrafted in New York, with diamonds sizing over one carat, which sparkled with pure opulence. The unique designs possess the power to amplify even the most basic of looks, but their exclusivity deems them the perfect gift or keepsake.

The VIP treatment began with champagne on arrival supplied by Champagne Co., followed by a shower of glamour as the wonderful Michael Hill store assistants dressed us to the nines in pieces from the colourful collection. Food According to Bree were also on the scene, keeping guests happy with an assortment of tantalising treats, which held the visual appeal of miniature works of art.

There was an iridescent glow emanating from every corner of the stores contemporary layout, reminding us all why diamonds are a girl’s best friend. Congratulations to Ben and the Adelaide Michael Hill team, we felt like queens indulging in your timeless diamond pieces.

The new store is situated next to Rundle Mall’s Apple store, so be sure to stop by for a sneak peak of their exclusive colour range while browsing through.
