Tia Maria and Monster Sushi have put their innovative heads together to create a unique bottomless experience in Sydney. From December until the end of January 2023, you can indulge in a delicious bottomless Japanese menu paired with bottomless Tia Maria cocktails at Monster Sushi’s CBD venue.
Diners can expect delicious modern Japanese dishes like karaage chicken with matcha mayo and matcha salt, edamame, renkon chips with matcha mayo and matcha salt, takoyaki, and an assortment of gyoza. To wash it all down, Tia Maria Matcha-tinis and Tia Maria Matcha-coladas are on the menu, inventive takes on the classic martini and pina colada.
Our favourite dishes from the evening were the takoyaki, filled with generous chunks of octopus, and the prawn gyoza, which came with tiny little pipettes of sauce that you could squirt right into the dumpling. So fun! Out of the cocktails, the Matcha-colada was definitely our favourite, refreshingly tropical and perfect for warm sunny days.
As well as the bottomless menu, the collaboration also extends to a few limited-edition items on the a la carte menu. Soft shell crab burgers, matcha salt chips, matcha curry with chicken katsu and towering parfaits made with matcha ice-cream and jelly will all be available until the end of January.
The bottomless menu will set you back $69.90 per head, making it one of the most affordable (and value-packed) bottomless experiences we’ve had in Sydney. We’d recommend making a booking if you want to check it out.
