Part deux of our Femme Luxe Finery Summer Picks series brings two starkly different styles to the table – one feminine and flouncy, the other edgy and seductive, but both undeniably reflective of our personal styles.
Kristen loves feminine dresses and quite playful, girly styles from time to time, so the Pink Ruffle Sleeve Cut Out Dress was a winner this time ’round. The dress is quite a flamboyant design, with a frilled neckline and sleeves paired with crossing spaghetti straps and a loose fit. To add shape, a plain black belt becomes the ultimate accessory to finish off a sprightly summer look.
Mel can honestly say she never wears pink, let alone frilly dresses, so she went down the divergent road of leather-look bustier. The Black PU Strappy Corset Top is an uber cute outing piece, suited to nights out on the town, or you know, just generally wild parties. It’s got the sexy seductive thing going on, but the PU leather makes it a little sweaty for summer daytime wear (haha, soz for the too-much-info). We would recommend pairing with leather-look trousers and stilettos to take this slinky look to the clubs. Best pulled off with a fiery, look-at-me attitude. Reow.
