This year at VAMFF, we got the chance to wear some of our favourite designers as well as some new ones, taking our looks to the streets of Melbourne for a street style shoot or two.
Mixing and matching our long-time favourites with the new, we paraded the likes of Thurley, Australian Fashion Labels, Miko + Mollie, Lucid Label, Style Secret Hangbag Hire, Martine Van Reesema, D Posadowski Designs, Something Borrowed Adelaide, Mon Purse, Levi’s, Katya Komarova and Harvey the Label. From gorgeous floral Thurley dresses and structural white ensembles, to versatile Lucid Label pieces and bold Harvey the Label prints, our VAMFF wardrobe had pretty much everything needed to satisfy a week’s worth of runways and fashion events.
Style Secret Handbag Hire had the courtesy to lend us four stunning YSL clutches to style with our outfits – two nude and two black – ensuring we never ran out of bag options. Martine Van Reesema also handed us some unique bags to work with, giving us the chance to style her latest collaborative collection with handmade chain maille features designed by D Posadowski.
We were also super excited to be wearing Thurley this year thanks to the wonderful ladies from One Two Agency, who let us rummage their sample stock to find a couple of key looks from the latest Thurley collection.
