Last year we fell in love with Thanks To Nature’s gorgeous haircare, so we were super stoked to hear the brand was expanding its offering. Joining the shampoos and conditioners is a collection of hair styling and skin cleansing products, each just as affordable and natural as the OG range.
The first of the new products we’ve been obsessed with is the Thanks To Nature Smoothing Cream. This styling balm is designed to help control frizz and flyaways, perfect for dealing with the humidity of Sydney. We couldn’t count the times we’ve left home with perfectly-styled hair, only to have humidity ruin it. As well as packing in moisture to help with frizz, it also protects hair against heat, UV, saltwater and chlorine, again making it an essential product for Aussie summers.
Thanks To Nature’s Blow Dry Elixir is another product that’s earned a regular spot on our bathroom shelf. This priming spray protects against heat damage (essential when you blowdry, straighten and curl your hair as much as we do), while also reduces blowdry time and helps to give a smoother overall finish. Packed with linseed oil, camelia oil, macadamia seed oil, jojoba seed oil and aloe leaf, it’s goodness in a bottle.
The final hair product we’ve been trying out is the Thanks To Nature Repair and Protect Hair Masque. Formulated with hemp seed oil, we pop it on after shampoo and conditioner in the shower, comb it through and leave it to work its magic while we shave our legs, brush our teeth, exfoliate our bodies etc. It really helps to leave our hair feeling nice and moisturised when we get out of the shower, ready for us to start styling.
As well as the haircare products, two shower oils have been added to the range. I’ve never used a shower oil before but if you have dry skin like me, I’d highly recommend it. Once you lather it onto wet skin, it turns into a milky microfoam that gently cleanses and leaves your skin feeling lovely and smooth. Because of the oil-based formula, it’s also the perfect product to use when shaving.
As with all Thanks To Nature products, the new additions are made with 95% naturally-derived ingredients, no SLS or parabens, are vegan-free, cruelty-free and designed in Australia. If you’d like to try any of these products out, you can shop them online at their website.
