We’ve been doing the 5 Week Challenge created by Shannan Ponton to prepare for Stadium Stomp on the 9th of July. When you register for this fun, fitness event, you receive a free e-book to help you train in the lead-up to the event.
We needed a little extra motivation to keep exercising over winter, and this has given us the perfect excuse! Each day for three days a week there’s a new routine, which keeps things really interesting for us. It’s also great to do with friends, so you can encourage each other and prepare for Stadium Stomp together.
