Rising to the scene in July of 2016, Adelaide’s newest addition to the online clothing biz is ZEZÉ Boutique.
Pronounced ‘ze-zay’, the all-Australian-brands store predominately focusses on neutrals and simple design functionality to compliment pretty much any gals existing wardrobe.
Wanting to try her hand at something creative, the 25 year old woman behind the business, Krystle Payten, sought to combine her interests in photography and fashion as a side project to her teaching career.
“I dislike having to sift through pages of clothing online until I find what I am looking for, so I designed a store that would cater for women that have the same love of neutral, simple clothing as me.”
Within a few months of launching, ZEZÉ quickly caught eyes scoring a slot in runway show Fashion First held at Hotel Richmond and now frequents local markets including Norwood Fashion Market, Ebenezer Night Market and Labels Style Market.
Familiar brand names on offer include local threads by Harvey the Label as well as other Aussie brands such as Sunday’s the Label, MVN, Hello Parry and Otto Mode.
Unless you’re one who tends to overdo it in the online shopping department (which, let’s be honest, is most of us), ZEZÉ reassures you it’s a store where women can shop items that outlast the trend for an affordable price.
“Our clothing is always under $150 and often retails for around the $60 mark… we curate in blacks, greys, white and blush to ensure that our items are versatile and will match with other wardrobe favourites.”
ZEZÉ’s next showcase will be held at the Labels Style Market in collaboration with Plant 4 Bowden this coming Sunday the 5th of February.
“We’ll have our latest styles on the runway and stall with our summer styles on sale.”
