EM is the latest food truck on the scene, except instead of providing quirky food, they’re feeding Adelaide’s espresso martini addiction.
The idea came about when owners Kimberly and Jordan Miller-Owen were out sipping on espresso martini’s with their parents. They began wondering what it would be like if they could drink their favourite cocktail anytime, anywhere from a mobile bar. From this, EM was born.
The van is equipped with a coffee machine for a barista to pull fresh shots for each cocktail. Four variations of espresso martini are available, signature, light, premium and double choc for the sweet tooth.
