It is never ‘just’ a mojito! For hundreds of years, cocktails have signified the essence of sophistication. Cocktails alone are fabulous, but when you pair a divine cocktail with a heavenly meal the experience becomes magical.
After two sold out seasons in Melbourne, Project Botanicals had everyone talking. An exclusive dining experience, Project Botanicals pairs botanically inspired cocktails with a menu designed by MasterChef’s, Gary Mehigan. The occasion takes the guests on a culinary journey, exploring an array of flavours through mixology and gastronomy.
Lucky for you Adelaide, Project Botanicals is heading here! For one night only, The Gully will host Bombay Botanicals on Thursday, October 29.
Celebrity mixologist and gin expert, Andy Wren, and The Gully’s executive chef, Michael Brown, have teamed up to craft a menu that will leave your mouth watering.
The duo’s collaboration has led to the coupling of four botanical cocktails with dishes served in a unique degustation menu.
Some of the most exotic flavours around the world can be found within each bottle of Bombay Sapphire. From juniper berries from Tuscany, to coriander seeds from Morocco, each flavour discovered will be paid tribute to in the Bombay Botanicals menu.
The beverages alone sound delicious, but by pairing classic and custom cocktails with dishes created by extremely talented chefs, flavours from around the world will be brought to life.
So satisfy your senses and discover sublime, book tickets now to Bombay Botanicals at The Gully!
